These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the birtek.co.uk website and any services provided by Birtek Limited ("Birtek", "we", "our", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our services
Birtek supplies genuine laptop accessories including chargers, adapters, batteries, docking stations, and external drives from brands including HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, and Acer. We also provide AI-powered IT support services for small businesses. All products and services are offered on a quotation basis, subject to stock availability and separate commercial terms agreed on a per-order or per-contract basis.
3. Quotations and orders
Submitting a quotation request through our website does not constitute an order or a binding commitment from either party. Quotations provided by Birtek are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A binding agreement is formed only when Birtek issues a written order confirmation. Pricing is exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend pricing if there are significant changes in supplier costs between quotation and order confirmation.
4. Product information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility information on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all product information is complete, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product. If you have specific compatibility requirements, please confirm with us before ordering.
5. Payment terms
Payment terms will be specified in the order confirmation or commercial agreement. For new customers, payment is typically required in advance or upon delivery. Established trade accounts may be offered credit terms at Birtek's discretion, subject to satisfactory credit checks.
6. Delivery and returns
Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. While we endeavour to meet all delivery commitments, Birtek shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Faulty products are covered by manufacturer warranty terms. AI and IT support services are provided on a consultancy basis. Recommendations and implementations are based on our professional assessment but do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Service scope, deliverables, and fees will be agreed in writing before work commences. Either party may terminate an ongoing support arrangement with 30 days written notice.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, the server on which it is hosted, or any connected systems.
