2. Business customers only
2.1 We sell only to businesses. By opening a trade account or placing an order, you confirm that you are acting for the purposes of your business, and that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2.2 Consumer protection rights that apply only to consumers, including the 14-day cancellation right, do not apply to purchases on this website.
2.3 Trade accounts are subject to our approval. We may verify your business with Companies House, HMRC and other sources. We may refuse, suspend or close an account at our discretion.
2.4 You are responsible for keeping your account logins secure and for all orders placed through your account.
3. Products
3.1 Product descriptions, specifications and images are based on manufacturer information and may change without notice. Images are for illustration only.
3.2 You are responsible for checking that products are suitable and compatible for your purpose before ordering.
3.3 Any refurbished or used items are clearly labelled as such. They are sold under the VAT margin scheme, so no VAT is shown separately on their invoices and it cannot be reclaimed.
4. Quotes and offers
4.1 Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to stock availability.
4.2 Offers or price requests submitted through the website are not binding on us until we confirm them in writing.
5. Orders
5.1 Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, whichever comes first.
5.2 We may decline or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable or a price or description was shown in error. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund you in full.
6. Prices and VAT
6.1 Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is added at the applicable rate.
6.2 Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
6.3 The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order, or the price agreed in a confirmed quote.
7. Payment
7.1 Payment is due in full before dispatch, unless we have agreed credit terms with you in writing.
7.2 Where credit terms are agreed, invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice.
7.3 We may charge interest and compensation on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We may also suspend deliveries until overdue amounts are paid.
7.4 If you choose a pay-later option provided by a third party, that provider’s terms also apply.
8. Delivery, risk and ownership
8.1 Delivery is made in line with our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, and time of delivery is not of the essence.
8.2 Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8.3 Ownership of the goods passes to you only when we have received payment in full. Until then, you hold the goods on our behalf and must not resell them, except in the normal course of your business.
9. Inspection and returns
9.1 You must inspect goods on delivery.
9.2 Items that are dead on arrival or arrive damaged must be reported within 7 working days of delivery, as set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy. We do not accept returns in any other circumstances.
10. Warranty
10.1 New products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. After the dead-on-arrival period, warranty claims should be made directly with the manufacturer; we will help where we can.
10.2 Except as set out in these terms, all other warranties and conditions are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data.
11.2 You are responsible for backing up any data before installing, using or returning a product.
11.3 Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned.
11.4 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include supplier or courier failures, stock shortages, strikes, extreme weather, cyber incidents and government action.
13. Export
Goods are supplied for use or resale within the United Kingdom. You must not export them without our written consent, and you are responsible for complying with any export controls that apply.
14. Use of this website
14.1 You must use this website lawfully.
14.2 You must not copy, scrape or extract its content or pricing, including by using automated tools or AI agents, without our written permission.
14.3 All content on this website belongs to us or our licensors. Brand names and trade marks belong to their respective owners.
15. Privacy
15.1 We handle personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
15.2 To approve trade accounts and offer payment options, we may run checks with Companies House, HMRC and credit or pay-later providers.
15.3 This website is hosted by Shopify, which also processes data as described in its own privacy policy.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
17. General
17.1 These terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy and any confirmed quote, form the entire agreement between us.
17.2 If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
17.3 You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent.
17.4 No third party has any right to enforce these terms.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
